Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the app. 

Can you confirm if this is TVGO or TV Control?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Hi Alex 

thanks for the help.it’s Tvgo and intermittent-worked once then stopped again. Haven’t tried reinstalling but will give it a go
