Sky sports has stopped working on my Virgin Go app. Anyone any answers?

The Sky Sports listings on TV Go are just shortcuts to the Sky-branded app which is how you view those channels.

What is happening when you click on a Sky Sports programme/channel within the TV Go app?

It says your not subscribed to this channel even though I am through Virgin.

So do the Sky Sports channels appear in your listings?

If no, are you able to add them via the settings option?

If you just load the Sky Sports app and use the VM-UK login, are you able to watch those channels?

Thank you japitts for helping here 🙂 this is correct, you'd need to log in via the Sky Sports app and use the Virgin Media log in details.
