when trying to watch sky sports in either virgin or sky apps it says ‘to enjoy this content please upgrade your service’.
I can watch other channels on my mobile using the apps but not the sports which I pay for and watch at home? Any ideas?

Ive had the package for 20 months and have never got it to work. I don’t use it very often but it’s annoying when I do on occasion need it and am met with the same problem time and again.
Is there a solution?

I've resynchronised your subscriptions in an attempt to clear the error. Could you try streaming from the Sky Sports app to see if it works?
