Sky sports video unavailable

Hi have not been about to access sky sports on my iPad or iPhone for weeks now.Have deleted app and reinstalled loads of times still no joy,read the posts on here about setting ect.Can someone explain in plan English how I do this or any other thing I can do to rectify this  I am not technical at all thanks all

Sorry to hear of your difficulties with the sky sports app. If you could please just confirm a couple of bits of extra information for us to help identify where the issue may be:

1) Is the app working for you on any device? (If so, please let us know the make and model of this)

2) Are you also having any issues logging into your My Virgin Media account?

Hi molly

I have no problem logging into my account,I am using a iPhone 6s and a I pad 4 both fully up to date with updates,still cannot get sky sports app to open on both devices.

Would you mind confirming what error message appears and what version of iOS you have on both of the devices you've mentioned?
