Sky sports on iPad say device limit reached

So on my device list we have 2 iPads listed and that’s it. When we come down to my father in law he can watch virgin go stuff but when it comes to sky sports it comes up device limit reached contact provider.

any ideas

Is he trying to use the Sky Sports app at the same time you or someone else is with the same account details?

Go here http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices using an InPrivate/Incognito mode on your browser and make sure it opens as http and not https.

You should be able to see which devices are registered for Sky Sports and remove any that aren't required.

Please can you tell me if you have tried managing your devices online? You can register and stream programmes on up to two devices per household at any one time.

With the Sky Sports app you can only stream Sky Sports content on one device at a time
