Sky sports desktop player not loading

Hi,

ive been trying for a few days now to get the sky sports desktop player to work on a number of different browsers but keep finding the same problem. I click switch to the app on the sport I want to watch and it starts to load, only shows a black screen and then appears to crash. It was working for me a week ago however this weekend it has not.

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are having issues watching Sky Sports on your desktop player when you were able to watch this previously with no issues.

I have tried to have a look your end to see if any issues were showing however I wasn't able to locate your account with the details we have for you, I have checked and there aren't any known issues with the app as we are aware, have you tried it on a different device, tried to delete the app and reinstall?
