When I watch Sky Sports through TV on the go via my laptop that has Windows 10 installed, it constantly goes blurry for about 10 secs at a time. Really frustrating. Anyone else? Suggestions?

Really sorry to hear that you are having some issues with Sky Sports.
Please could you elbaite a little on this?
Are are watching sky sports via the sky go & are hooking it up to a TV with a HDMI?

Hi Zak,
Yes I am watching Sky Sports through Virgin Go and through an HDMI onto the TV.
I have no trouble with BT Sports or any other sports channels....

Thanks for the reply, sorry to hear about the issue at hand.
When not plugged in via the HDMI, does the image still display blurry on the device you're using or is this only when plugged in with the HDMI cable connected to the TV?
Do you experience any issues at all on the other channels?

I think its only when using an HDMI but I have no issues using HDLI with BT sports for example.

Restart your device
Reinstall Sky’s app
