I recently had a new phone, When I try to watch live TV on my sky sports app, it says device limit reached. Contact service provider
I have followed the instructions through the virgin TV app but cant change my devices on there, somebody please help.

At a guess, your new phone is seen by the streaming platform as "new" and you've not got any spare device slots, so you'll need to remove the "old" phone.
Sky Sports device management is done here - separately from TV Go device management.
