Apologies for the radio silence for a few hours, given that more of you have mentioned this issue, I have reached out to the team at look after this and they have explained there is potentially

an issue, I am still awaiting more details as soon as we have it we will be in contact.

It looks like the login form has now been fixed and I managed to get logged in this morning.

Hi, I am currently having this same problem on my phone. I contacted virgin last week and they changed something because my son was also frozen out.

He can now watch on his phone, I have also been able to log in on my iPad since then.Today I have removed 3 devices from my registered devices and should have 3 spare. Any tips would be great thanks.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing the same issues 

Can I ask if you are trying to use both apps at the same time 

Sky now only allow streaming on one device at any time

I have the same issue, but the sky sports app has always been terrible With virgin on android, 95% of the time it doesn't work. I have actually found it easier to get an illegal stream than use the app that I pay for.

Thanks I didnt know that you could only use 1 at a time. I still can't watch it on my phone. Its an huawei p20 pro. Its a very poor service that I'm paying over £100 per month for. I think I'll be going back to sky soon.

What happens on the phone when you try logging into the application?

 

Have you done anything as basic as uninstalling and re-installing the application on your phone?

Hi David, yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have spoke to virgin twice about this. I input my email and password and nothing happens. Same problem as reported by others on here. I can watch illegal streams on my phone but cannot access the service I have paid for. Are sky deliberately making this problem or are virgin at fault. Who knows but I won't be paying for this for much longer.
