Sky sports app not working

I have virgin media...... I can use sky sports on my mobile but not my brand new tablet.... Says something like contact service provider? Also can't delete devices

In general I seem to be like everyone else. Firstly it won't let me delete devices. Yet sky sports works on my phone but not my brand new tablet. Says something like contact service provider.

Go to http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices using a Private browsing session. You should be able to get to the devices list to remove any devices.

Also do you any Vpn or icloud private relay service activated on your new tablet?
