Sky sports app not working

I have the same issues as everybody else and was advised by customer services on twitter to leave a message on this thread so you can raise a ticket with IT for me. Please could somebody do this as I'm losing the will to live trying to get this resolved.

Phone up 2nd line. Get them to raise the ticket and pass it on to one of the Mod team here so they can check and follow it up until it’s fixed.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums, and I'm sorry to hear you've been having difficulty with the Sky Sports application.

Can you confirm if this is happening on multiple devices, or just one particular device? 

What error codes are you being issued with? 

If you're able to tell me if you've ran any diagnostics to try to resolve this, that would be most welcome
