Hi, I have a Sky sports package with my virgin package. I'm unable to watch it on my phone. It may be setup on an old device. How do I go about resetting it so I can watch on my phone?

You can manage your Sky Sports devices by using http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
