Hello, I’m a Virgin M customer and over the last few days I’ve not been able to watch live sport with the video unavailable message appearing.
I have logged out and in, deleted the app and reinstalled, checked the iPad settings and I am on the latest version, I can can access sport on my iPhone and have no VPN restrictions.
please advise

Have you registered the iPad as a new device before trying to view here?
