we have been trying to use Sky Sports and Sky Cinema on our Windows 10 PC.
we checked the registered devices, and there are two available slots. The advice is to begin watching on a device and it will automatically register it.
when we try to use either service, we log in successfully, and it asks us to download an additional player.
with sky sports it has downloaded, but every time we try to watch we get ‘error -1’.
with sky cinema it loops itself; we downloaded the player but it’s not recognising we’ve downloaded it.

First I'd just like to confirm that you're using your primary email address and password for your Virgin Media online account to log into Sky?
I'd just like to confirm whether you're able to use the Sky Cinema and Sky Sports app on another device or is error code 1 still appearing?
