I have lost count of the number of times I have reset my password to access Virgin Media over the last few months but that is a side issue. I have just tried to log in to the Sky App via Virgin Go as suggested but password not recognised. My iPad is registered and operating the latest software.
Any thoughts people?
My email address for Virgin is an iCloud one as my ntlworld one was hacked some time ago. I have a Virgin Media address but rarely use it.
