I have iPad Pro, Virgin Go app works as expected, went through process downloading and setting up Sky Sports app from AppStore but when wanting too watch my sky sports on iPad it is greyed out with padlock with message about my subscription. Read through the topics and installed and uninstalled 3/4 times turned of iPad and restarted installed again. Any help is appreciated
Mine came good by itself few days later, due to been really busy work related I never had a chance to phone so I left it with mindset that get this busy period over then phone. Can’t really give you help or an answer guess I was lucky.
