Sky Sports Error

Hi All,

I’m new to Virgin and already regretting it. I have the sports package but when I try to sign into sky sports via the virgin go app I keep getting the following error 

“Oops
There is a problem with your login.
We can't check your account details right now. Please try again later”
 
this has been going on since I signed up so at least 2 months.

Hi Stone2, 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with logging in to Sky Sports. 

Rather than going through TV Go, can you try opening up the Sky SPorts app directly. Where it asks you to log on, make sure you're selecting the option to log in as a VM customer and then enter in your primary account details. Does this make any difference?

I still cannot access sky sports on my iPhone 12. Before someone from Virgin asks:

1. Yes I have tried multiple devices

2. Yes I have changed my password

3. Yes I have tried to log in on the sky sports app

4. Yes I am click Virgin UK. 

can someone sort this out. Unbelievable how long this thread is!!!

Why was this removed to its own thread? I wanted it on that forum as supposedly it had been sorted.

We appreciate you have let us know what you have already tried. 

I have been able to locate your account on our side and would like to look into this. 

What I will do is private message you so can progress with this.
