Sky Sports - Device Limit Reached

I have renewed my iPhone and I am unable to watch Sky Sports on new phone. A message keeps coming up saying device limit reached. I have tried to change devices on Virgin Go but it won’t let me replace an old device.

is it possible to unregistered all devices and start again so I can use my mobile to watch Sky Sports.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post. 

You are not able to remove all the devices at the same time as this uses up the allocated slots. 

Are you re-registering the devices via your my virgin media account?
