Sky Cinema - Unable to watch via App

Hi. I have today registered a new device (and removed an old device) on the Virgin tv go app. But when I try to watch sky sports app on new device I still get the device limit exceeded message. Reading the help topics , I should find a section for managing my devices registered for sky , under the device management section on the Virgin tv go app but I cant find that. Can anyone advise me please

Welcome to the Community!


I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Sky Cinema.


You won't be able to access your Sky devices via the TV Go app. You'll need to visit the TV Go website and sign in there. Once you've done that click Settings on the right then Device Management along the top. 


On this screen, under your TV Go devices, you'll see Manage my Sky Devices.


If you're still experiencing trouble registering let me know and I'll check it out.
