Hi,
I've been trying to sign in on my Virgin GO now for the past week but keep getting the same error message - 'Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon.'.
I am having the same problem when trying to log in using mobile also.
Can anyone advise on what to do?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are having issues signing in your TV go app.
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, are you using the same log in details you use for your online account.

It's not in the app only but everywhere. I just tried on Chrome using incognito mode and didn't work either.
