I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Go.
I've rescynchronised your subscriptions to try and clear the error. Could you check to see if the message still appears on screen?

I'd like you to try reinstalling the app to clear the fault. To do this, uninstall the app then reboot your device. Once your device has booted back up re-install the app and sign in.
