It says maximum number of devices reached but on the list my laptop is listed numerous times. How do I reset it?

How come my same device is registered five times? Now I can't watch anything on the same device

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

Sorry you're getting device error reached on TV GO. If you clear cookies frequently, this can cause a new device to be registered each time.

I'll pop you a PM now so we can reset your registered devices for you
