Same Device listed twice on My Devices in TV Go

In the My Devices section of TV Go, I have the same device listed twice. It's not allowing me to change it for a few more days either, even though I haven't changed it for a long time (we'll over a couple of months). However, despite this, my understanding was that it was possible to have two different devices set up for TV go. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hello Keepy.

I'm sure by now you've had a look at the message board and seen that you are not alone with this problem (there are so many of us in this boat that elbow room has become something of a premium commodity). There is a 'sticky' at the top of the board which states that this is a known problem and we must all hold tight while a solution is sought (which according to the Service Status page is due at 05 March 12:15 [note it doesn't specify in which year]) - surprised the forum team member didn't tell you this himself actually...

Apropos of absolutely nothing, the next predicted perihelion of Halley's Comet is 28th July 2061.

I wonder which we will see first?
