Hey ,

i need to reset my device allowance, all my slots are registered to the same device . appreciate any help . also is there a desktop app?.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the devices you have registered for use with TV Go. 

We can certainly get these reset for you however I will need to pass data protection with you in order to do this. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
