Reset devices on Virgin Go

Can someone reset my devices on the virgin go app please, been on the phone for hours, and still no joy

Hi @Wigsey73, sorry to hear you are having issues with the Virgin TV GO app. 

You can have up to 5 different compatible devices signed up to the TV Go service and use the app at one time, with the ability to make adjustments to their registered devices 3 times in one month.
