When I try to access Sky sports from my mobile it keeps telling me I already have allotted devices registered and to contact my provider to manage my devices. I only have 2 devices registered. An iPad and the iPhone I currently use. Why won’t it let me watch Sky sports from the app?
Bear in mind there's a separate device registration page for Sky Sports specifically under 'My Profile' - if that still doesn't help then I'll send a PM so we can get your account details & investigate further.
Persistent problem with Android app where it request re-registration of the same phone every time I use the app. With the restriction on devices and the number of times you are allowed to replace a device it renders the app useless after 2 days.
