My registered laptop and desktop are not recognised as selected devices and I'm unable to play TV content.
Also, having reviewed my registered devices, 2 slots appear to be taken by the same device using Chrome.
Having done some research, I believe you are able to reset the devices. However, I don't want to end up in a device registration loop, as it seems that each time I've signed-in recently, I've needed to register the same device again - hence reaching my limit.
Can you please help?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your Virgin TV Go service. Have you currently reached the limit of your device changes?
