Registered device but can't watch TV anywhere

Hi

I couldn't watch Sky sports on my laptop so I deleted the device and then re-added it but whilst I can now watch sky sports I can't get TV anywhere to work. I can't delete the laptop & try again for a month !

Any ideas please

I'm really sorry to hear that TV Anywhere isn't working for you. I have gone in to the account and added a device change for you to use. 

 

Using a PC/Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Remove the current registration by clicking on the Delete button. Once you've done this, using the device you are trying to re-register, open up TV Anywhere and log in. Try to stream Channel 4 and this should then prompt you to register the device.

Similar problem, but on my mobile which I already registered, comes up device not registered, but can still control my tivo box. Help

Same problem but can't watch on my mobile, even though registered.
Comes up device not registered but i can still control my TiVo box. Help

Hi,

Having a problem watching sky sports on my mobile, which is a registered device. Tried deleting it and adding again, but didn't help and now I'm left with no changes to make this month
