Anyone figure this out? It's happening to me too.

Deleted app. Etc. All advice. Still blocked due to copyright. Works fine on TV.

Try to watch a programme (Seal Team) on TV Go app. Error message appears. Blocked due to copyright restrictions on this device.

I'm on full package. It works and can watch on TV and on browser on PC.

Are you a TV360 customer trying to stream a recording?

Or trying to stream away from home?

Is it only this one programme affected?

The full oomph or whatever its called. All channels, top bb, unlimited mobile. The works.

It worked fine until a month or so ago.

I'm trying to stream. Not a recording from my box.

I've not tried other programmes, can imagine it's just one. Maybe a channel? It is from Sky. But I have that channel on my package.

Hope that makes sense?

I've just tried watching Seal Team on the android app and also on my PC.

I'm on the Ultimate Oomph package.

Checked Box Sets & Movies > Channels > Sky Max and on both devices was informed, 'Sorry this programme is blocked on this device due to copyright reasons.'

I tried series 3 episode 1 and was able to download it to my android and watch it. However using the PC browser you only have the option to Watch on TV or add it to your watchlist.

I picked a few other programs out at random on my PC from Sky Max :- Arrow, Brave New World, Cobra, Colour of Magic, Flash and Grimm - all the same as above on a PC you only have the option to Watch on TV or add it to your watchlist.

It looks this must be part of the agreement between Sky & VM.

Seal Team S1 E1 & S3 E1 plays on TV Go for me fine.

I'm using mobile data not WiFi, Android app & am on Maxit TV.

I've tried over WiFi & mobile data, and both are fine.

Android 11, app V4.34
