Same issue here, online and on the app. Tried different times, new passwords. Re installed etc..any help greatly appreciated.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your Tv Go services. 

To confirm, this is affecting both the app and web browser version?

Hi, yes it has been. I'm new so it might just be teething issues. Have reinstalled the app a few times. Other logins for media and homepage work OK.. just this function.

Thank you for confirming this.  Are you using a VPN at all? This will affect the ability to access Virgin TVGO. You can find out other troubleshooting steps and more information here. Let me know how you get on and if any of of the steps have helped resolve this for you.
