Hi @Bradders13,

Thank you for your PM and I am sorry to hear this issue is still ongoing.

I can see from our systems, our IT team did try contacting you on 2 occasions regarding the ticket we raised for you but were unable to get in touch. 

I have sent your issue over to another support team who will review your issue. The estimated fix time is up to 5 working days. Where possible they'll fix the issue remotely, but will contact you if they need any additional information.
