How can I decide which devices to delete when 5 of them are called "PC" and the 6th "Mac2". These names bear no resemblance to the names set up in the Virgin app. Must I delete all of them and take 2 months to add back in the ones I want? There is no other information on which to differentiate them,

Thank you for taking the time to post on the forums in regards to your TV Go app and the registered devices, we're happy to help look into this further for you.

If the listed devices are all showing as PC (or the majority) this may be due to an error where it would register a new 'device' when using different browsers or login out on the service and back in again later on on the same browser.

We can help remove these for you but we aren't able to individually label them for you and it won't allows match what you may have them registered as in the app. There is help here for TV Go and here for registered devices support.
