I'm the same. Had a moto G8 with no issues. Now got G50 and TV go jitters on all channels. Tried uninstalling , cleaning cache etc. No joy. Anyone got any suggestions.

Hi. No just the app. Worked fine on my old Moto G8. All streams - live and recorded are now jittery on new Moto G50. I've tried all suggestions in threads here and still jittery. Àll other streaming services work fine.
I believe there are others who have same problem. Rather frustrating.
Any new suggestions?

Sorry for the late reply, and sorry to hear you're still having some issues with TVGO.
If you can please confirm the following-
Is the phone's software up to date?
Are you able to use TVGO on another device?
Are you connecting to your home WiFi?

Hi.
Yes the phone's software is up to date - new phone.
TV go is fine on Samsung phone and old Moto G8.
Yes I am connected via home Wifi. Speed is excellent with no issues.

Please can you try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling the app? Do other streaming apps work okay on your new phone?

Thanks for trying to uninstall and reinstall the TV GO app @AMcf.
Does this happen with all the content that you're trying to watch or is certain programmes that you're having the issues, when trying to watch?

Hi. It's all content in TV Go App - live TV , recorded TV. I get about 20 seconds viewing at normal pace, then picture starts juddering as does the sound.
