Hi there,
I keep getting the same error message when I try to log into the sky sports app using my virgin media log in details. It says “there is a problem with your log in. we can’t check your account details right now, please try again later”
I have had this for over a month now. I have reinstalled the app, tried via a browser and tried on different devices but this problem persists. I have called virgin tech twice and they have told me that they are raising a ticket with IT and the issue should be resolved in 48 hours but I still have this issue and they haven’t got back to me. Disappointed to have this issue with the amount I pay to have access to sports channels and this service.
