Hi,
I too have a similar issue. I have 5 devices registered but do not see an option to replace/delete when on a laptop (Firefox - and I have deleted the cache). I can, however, see the replace option when on the Android Virgin app. The Android phone is already registered.
As per others you have helped, please would you either advise how to delete registered devices on the laptop, or delete them for me, so that I can re-assign.
