Virgin Go on my iPad has suddenly stopped playing the audio with my recordings.
If I watch live tv there is volume but any recordings, it’s just silent.
If I use my sons iPad, the same recordings worked fine with volume.
I have uninstalled the app and reloaded it, but this makes no difference.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with sound on your Ipad. We can understand the frustration caused and we want to best help.
On this same Ipad, do you have issues with sound on other streaming devices? Do you get sound when accessing TV via a web browser?
