I am also having issues the past 2 days not able to watch anything on the app or web, reinstalled apps, cleared cookies, reset iPad rebooted hub. Can log into my Virgin media account, but TV Go is not able to play anything.

Have done all this. I can watch Live TV, however all On Demand content is not available. From movies to box sets and all in between.
I can watch on demand at home on V6 box but anything via web or app.

There is content that is not viewable through the app - can you do me a favour when possible please? Can you let me know what options you're selecting on the app when trying to watching something? And let me know what it is you're trying to watch or select, as I will try from the app this end - it can be anything 🙂

Everything seems to be in order now, after 2 weeks of nothing it’s ok and working as should be. Thanks for your help anyway..
