I’ve recently added Premier Sports1, Premier Sports 2 and Free Sports to my virgin media account. To ensure that these three new channels are also included on my TV on the Go App I’ve refreshed the App which I hold on my iPad. However, whilst I can now view Premier Sports 1 and Free Sports on the App I do not currently have access to Premier Sports 2.
Has anyone else had a similar problem and can they suggest a solution please?
My only point would be that if someone is reliant on the Virgin to Go App to access programmes (as I sometimes am) it would be helpful to know at the time of subscription if a channel is available for viewing on the App or not. In this instance all of the Premier Sports channels are available via Premier’s online platform for the same cost as Virgin so a customer would be able to make an informed decision before committing.
