Sorry to see you are having issues with logging into your TV Go services, just to confirm is this the same on all devices? Also is it a password not recognised error?
Can you please try logging in via the TV Go website to see if this makes any difference?

I’ve been having trouble with my account for months and it looks like someone at Virgin messed around with my account and changed some of my personal details, but I’m led to believe it’s all sorted and I can now login to Virgin Go.
