I'm unable to watch TV Go, I've cleared cookies and cache and tried the app and through several browsers. It works on my MacBook ok but not on my windows laptop. Very frustrating.

Hi, yes it is registered, I had t reregister it after I deleted the cache.

Thank you for confirming. Is this affecting all content that you're trying to watch, or just certain content? Can you also confirm exactly what error message appears and if any error code is also mentioned?
