Help I am unable to register the TV go App on my ipad

I have tried calling virgin media and they don't seem to be willing to help.
I have am a member of staff who lives in a non cabled area but I have tv go as a staff perk, I currently have it working on my phone and also want it on my iPad as I believe it should work on 2 devices. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it making sure I am using the latest version but still no luck.
