Not able to watch TV anywhere - device register

Help I am unable to register the TV go App on my ipad

Device cannot be registered

Your device cannot be registered at the moment. Please try again later.

I have tried calling virgin media and they don't seem to be willing to help.

I have am a member of staff who lives in a non cabled area but I have tv go as a staff perk, I currently have it working on my phone and also want it on my iPad as I believe it should work on 2 devices. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it making sure I am using the latest version but still no luck.

Anyone able to help please?

Sorry to hear though you are only able to register one device 

The phone its currently working on is this Android or IOS?

It's working on an android phone, I also have it working on a laptop now but preferably I would like to have it working on the phone and the iPad.

Thanks for replying Colinho12

With our TV Go app you are only able to register 2 devices in anyone 30 days. 

If you go here   

Log in

Choose settings 

Device Management 

And check to see if you are able to remove the Laptop as one of your registered devices

This should allow you to register your iPad
