I can not access sky sports on my iPad works ok on Samsung phone. Have tried turning off, reloading app etc. still says video unavailable.

You've got a 'VPN' icon in the top right. What service is that from and can you try Sky Sports with that turned off?

Thank you for making your first post regarding accessing the Sky Sports app on your iPad. Have you tried deleting and re-installing the app on your iPad? Is your iPad all up to date with updates?

Thanks for coming back to us on this one and apologies it's still not working.
Has the app allowed you to log in successfully on the iPad?
Are you getting the error when trying to live stream a channel or when trying to watch a recording or Catch up / On Demand content?
Do you get this error on everything you try?
Can you give us some specific examples of what you're trying to watch so we can try and replicate it here?
A screenshot of the error would also be great.
Pop back and keep us posted.

I disconnected VPN and yes it worked. I then reinstalled VPN and still worked. Looks to be ok now.
