No programme data

TVgo app on pc opens ok, channel pictures all there and updating, but under every one it says "no programme data". Choosing any channel just results in spinning red dots.

Any suggestions?

Re: No programme data

Back on again today, wonder what causes it? I restarted everything yesterday and it made no difference.

Re: No programme data

Thanks for the reply.  I've seen others on here with the same or similar problems. We'd really like to know why, or is anyone looking into why this happens?

Cheers

Re: No programme data

Hi pujro,

Thanks for your reply.

It can be a connection issue so we always recommend rebooting your superhub and Virgin box by the mains, allow the hub to load back up first before turning on the box so it can then connect to your home network.

As Josh_RW has mentioned please keep an eye on it for us and let us know if there's any problems.

Take care

Re: No programme data

It's back! Two months with no problems and then yesterday "no programme data" and spinning red dots again. Powered hub and v6 off and on a few times, doesn't make any difference. Any thoughts anyone?

Re: No programme data

Working fine again this morning after two days off, wish I knew what was going on.

Re: No programme data

It's happened a few times and I'm beginning to think it's related to when the hub has been off for any reason. It's as if it doesn't synchronise properly for a few days afterwards. I'll post  back if I figure it out.

Re: No programme data

Hi pujro,

Thanks for your reply.

Is the hub being switched off at the mains?

Hopefully this has been resolved for you but if you're still experiencing problems please let us know.

Kind regards
