Hi,
I have just purchased a new laptop as my old chromebook would no longer support Sky Sports. I’m having an issue logging into Go, with it initially loading and then it displays ‘We are experiencing technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes. Press the refresh button and the same message appears. I also can’t log on to the Virgin Media site with the login logo permanently spinning around. Operating system is Windows 10. It works fine on my other laptop. This is the link https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html
Many thanks
Dan

Hi Dan,
What happens if you change the prefix to http:// instead of https:// ?
Also from https://www.virginmedia.com/help/tv/how-to-use-virgin-tv-go-app
Supported computers and browsers
To use Virgin TV Go in a browser please ensure you’ve got cookies enabled in your browser, that virginmedia.com is listed as a trusted site, your browser is set to allow protected content, and you allow pop ups from the Virgin TV Go website.

Hi Dave,
No luck, I’ve tried in Chrome and Edge. Enabled trusted sites and pop-ups, but it’s still doing the same thing.

Hi,
All fixed, a signal had to be sent to my router, so working fine now!
