My Devices

I have been watching Virgin TV Go on the same laptop using the same browser, however every time I do it tells me I have to register the device although I have already previously done so. Now it says I have no more device changes and so cannot watch, even though the two devices registered are the laptop that I am trying to watch on, I am also using the same browser. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

It looks like I'll need to reset your devices so you can register your laptop again.

 

I'll just pop you a private message which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
