Hi I've just upgraded my package and just installed my new hub but I also added the MUTV channel to my package but it isn't working how do I find out how to get it on? I upgraded the package 2 days ago

If you have new equipment then usually any package changes such as adding channels aren't actioned until the new equipment has been installed and activated. Your MUTV should be ready to view now.
You don't say which set top box you have but you may need to reboot your VM set top box for the channel update to take palce.
If you have either a Tivo or V6 then using your remote control go to
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
Please note that the MUTV channel will only be available on your set top box and not via TVGo/TV Control
