So the Jack Irish series has finished airing last Friday and none of the 6 episodes were available to watch on TV Anywhere. I just don't understand why this problem wasn't addressed over the 6 weeks.

All of these episodes were available with no problems for Sky Go customers. You had the rights to this and just decided that you couldn't be bothered to provide your customers with the content. Not good enough.

Jack Irish episodes 4-6 are now visible on the webpage. This problem has taken so long to fix that episodes 1-3 have dropped off into the ether without anyone having the chance to see them. Such a simple fix, shame it took so long.

Last night's episode of Vikings on History channel isn't online yet. This is Series 3, Episode 1.

Thanks for letting us know about the missing programmes. 

Motel, there is a fault raised for the missing "Jack Irish: Blind Faith" series, so our technicians are working to make this available. We can only apologise for the time it is taking to get this fault resolved. 

I've checked Second Chance S1 and both E1 and E2 are available on both TV Anywhere and the TiVo/V+ On Demand service.

Last night's episode of 'Bones' on Sky Living hasn't been added to TV Anywhere online yet. This is Series 11, Episode 19. Hopefully it will be added soon.

Nothing to add, apart from the fact that like everyone else the service has been unusable for me for nearly a week...

Hi motel,

Yes, we are aware there is a fault ongoing currently and are working hard to get things resolved. 

As a work around we are able to add a device change for you which will allow you to register the device however as soon as you log out, you will get the same error again. To get the change added, please give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and follow the options to speak to the Broadband Faults team. 

I know this isn't the best solution but it is only a work around until we can get things back to normal for you. 

Once I have any updates, I shall let you know.

Yesterday, no new episode of 'Kingdom' was added to TV anywhere online. This is from 'VM Exclusives' and it should have been series 2, episode 10.

Regression on Sky Movies which premiered last Friday isn't playable yet on the website. It just says 'Coming Soon':

Also, Kingdom S2 E10 still hasn't been added to TV Anywhere online.
