Keep having to re-0register devices on Virgin Go

Everytime I use Virgin Go on my devices I have to re-register them. But now I can't do it as presumably I've reached the maximum number of allowable changes in a month. What can I do.

 

I'm using Chrome which clears cookies when closed down but this happens even if I leave the computers on. 

Happens with Imac and Windows Laptop.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the TV Go service on your iMac and Laptop. 

When you are accessing the service, is this only via the browser or do you also have the app downloaded. 

 

Has this always been the case or have you previously been able to use the service without this issue?
