I have changed my password again but still the same getting error when signing into TV Go
My Virgin Media login is working fine
I have also tried another one of my virgin email addresses and changed the password but still the same can not log in on the virgintvgo.virginmedia.com website.

Hi @malc2758, can you please try clearing the cache on Google Chrome and then logging in to see if this allows you access to the account/content?

I have cleared all cache on Google Chrome but still getting this pop-up mesage.

I have tried google chrome to sign and with Microsoft Edge but still getting this pop-up.
Please sign in with your main user account. Sub-accounts cannot sign in.
But not tried firefox yet unless you know another site I can see if it will work with.

Just to be absolutely certain, you are using the My Virgin Media username? And when you sign into My Virgin Media, you can view everything the primary account holder should?
