I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with Virgin Tv Go App.

To confirm are you using the same details you use to log into your online account?

Have you been able to try the app on a different device?

I am using the website virgintvgo.virginmedia.com

and on windows 10 pro and using Google Chrome and tried to log in

also with my virgin media account number and area code but saying

error.

Hi malc2758,

 

Our IT Team has provided an update and have said that everything is looking OK and the data is all correct. They have asked if you can please try logging in again in 24 hours and if you've been having issues with any other Virgin Media apps when logging in?

I have tried logging in again after 24 hours but still not working and getting this message when if I try Register. 

Register for My Virgin Media
You already have a My Virgin Media account
We've found a number of usernames linked to this Virgin Media account. Don't worry if you don't recognize one or more of these usernames as they may have been automatically allocated to you. If you would like to change these details to anything else, select the username and press 'Finish' to sign in. Once you've signed in, these details can be updated in 'My Profile'.

Oh I see, so you're getting a different error message this time?

 

Are you getting this error when signing into TV Go and My Virgin Media?

 

Can you please try resetting the password again and try again?
